yelling at us that every place she's been there's been bedbugs- every conversation she's had with us in the last month has been with her screaming at us and threatening to tell her sister (a lawyer in [redacted] she says), today the owner of the motel had a 3 day notice delivered to her and she called both myself and a gentleman helping me out right now "Stupid Bithches" and motherfkers while yelling at us, in order to resolve the bedbug problem it will take at least $1400 (which we don't have) and her to vacate the room for at least 1 day- we are tired of these problems including the accusations of us witholding her mail when we have no individual boxes for peoples mail which if I read california law and USPS regulations correctly we are only obligated to deliver the mail in a timely fashion, please do what you can to remind her that you have no authority beyond giving us a bad rating not any legal recourses like she may think you can
