As Mr*** entered our shop on July 26, 2016, he already had a bad attitude and waslooking for an arguementHis attitude and tone was rude and very shortHe askedwhat our warranty on a transmission rebuild was and before I could answer he pulledout an invoice and told me he paid us to rebuild
his transmission in March and that itwas slippingHe stated he had taken it to another shop and they told him that we hadnot rebuilt the transmission as it had never been removed from his vehicle and itneeded to be rebuilt now.I told him that we have been doing business in Arlington for years with goodstanding and had a reputation as a fair and honest shopYou don't stay in businessdoing people wrongWe do all our work here and his transmission had been removedfrom the vehicle and rebuiltI did however ask him as to why he took it elsewherefirst instead of bringing it back to us to check it outAgain, his tone and attitude werevery rude as he stated it had only been a few months.I told him that he needed to bring it to us and he didn't need to be rudeAs he wassaying he wasn't being rude, the mechanic said yes you are and you came in that way.He was never called any names.As I was again telling him to bring it back to us so we could check it he walked outstating-"I would rather give you a bad review and loose the money".I will not refund any moneyThe transmission was rebuilt and he is the one whochose not to let us recheck itI am more than willing to look at his truck and assess anytransmission issues so long as no one else has been into it and the transmission has notbeen treated abusively
