I PAID FOR SERVICES OF $BARTS HVAC THEY REFUSED TO COME OUT AGAINI WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COAGAIN I PAID FOR SERVICES FOR HEATL NO EXCUSES NOT TO COME OUT AGAIN. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IF THEY CANNOT PERFORM SERVIES REGUARDING HEAT

This service call was initiated by a complaint of no heatIt was found that the thermostat was set too lowTurned it up and verified the heat was indeed workingChecked that there was airflow from the ventsWas called back that there was no heat in the lanai/balcony areaExplained to the
customer that the balcony was not originally meant to be a conditioned spaceIt was originally a balcony and then enclosedThe heating system was not designed to heat this additional area and, in very cold weather will not be able to keep it very warmOwner called within a week of our call and I explained this to herReceived another call weeks later- owner was mad that I hadn't returned her original call and didn't recall our previous conversation about thisI explained that the vent to the lanai was open but in very cold weather it wont stay very warm out thereThe original call of no heat was completed and heat was established and verified
