My daughter and I stayed two nights at this hotel After checking out on the second day I noticed something in my daughter's hair Upon further inspection I found it was lice I treated both her hair and mine and found several bugs in both of our hair There is no other way either of us would have gotten lice as neither of us had left the house for two months I was the sole caregiver for my terminally ill husband who needed constant care He had just passed and my daughter and I were simply trying to get away for a couple of days
I returned to the hotel and asked to speak to the manager I informed him of the circumstances and requested a refund He responded that he did not know what lice was He took my name and phone number and stated he would call me after deciding what to to I requested a refund again and he asked me to leave or he would call the police I left stating that I would be contacting the corporate office
