I remember the gentleman in question, He was allowed to attend extra classes with one on one assistance at no charge, He called several times about Job Placement and given lJob leads locally in Denver. He was never told that we were affiliated with [redacted]. He was told that we are affiliated with...

[redacted] and that he could call them and they might assist him with Job Placement. He was also told that there is NO GUARANTEED Job Placement anywhere in the USA. He's looking for somebody to blame for his own inability to find a job. After calling repeatedly we explained to him that he could go online bartending jobs atlanta, indeed.com, simply hired, Etc. and several options would show up. We are an approved school under [redacted] since 1985. This gentleman received much more than he paid. This is an attempt to get a refund of educational services he's already received.The record shows we have NO COMPLAINTS and [redacted] a competitor told him to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.   I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved quickly, Invalid complaint, attempting theft of services,  NO GUARANTEED Job Placement ( ILLEGAL ) Please call or email me ASAP your conclusion on this matter as not to tarnish our good name. Sincerely,Ron Skaggs / Pres Mars IV Inc

I am rejecting this response because: I understand that there is no "guaranteed job" in the world of work. However, what I was told and advertised in Denver was that there is a [redacted] number I could call once I arrived in Atlanta and a local school would help me out with job placement. I feel greatly misled and taken advantage of. All I would like is a full refund of the amount I paid to attend class at Bartending & Casino College in addition to any items I may have purchased from the school as well. Additionally, I would like the school to not claim that students can call this [redacted] phone number nationwide and receive job search assistance. Thank you and have a great day.
