To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in response to ID # ***. The customer paid with a check and the check was returned (NSF) due to the account being closedDespite this, the dealership repaired the car twice with a total repair cost of about three hundred and seventy
five dollars. The customer was given the option to trade out of the vehicle into a different vehicle. Customer declined, while the vehicle was being repaired customer was issued a longer vehicle for the duration of the repair time, which was around one week
This is in response to a complaint filed against my business "Northwest Auto Loan"
It is unfortunate of the needed repairs to *** vehicle However, we sell all vehicles "as is" and are very honest If there is a known repair we gladly inform the customer before the purchase and let
that be their decision to purchase or not
After seeking advise from our attorney, I have been advised to settle this complaint with *** *** owes a balance of $1,to Northwest Auto Loan; we are willing to take care of that balance owed and furnish *** with the title to her vehicle
Upon acceptance of this offer, *** account will be listed as paid in full and the title will be mailed Feel free to contact me directly for any paperwork needed
