Had problems with our year old garage doors that we were looking for replacement1) Rooms above garage become cold/warm in comparison to rest of house2) Doors were not tight and only R4/steel on one side, so they rattled when winds hit the door directlyDoors Barth installed were Rand track created a tight sealBecause of the Rconstruction the doors were also much heavier, so the weight and installation eliminated the rattling all togetherAlso, have noticed minimal temperature difference in rooms above garage nowIn addition, Barth had suggested going with belt drive openers since they are quiet and not much more than chain- We are super happy with going this route as well and with all of the work Barth install team had done!
Dave has installed several doors and windows for us. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional with great attention to detail.
