I went to Bartlesville Animal Hospital for a parvo test onlyI could not afford treatmentThey told me they can't do payment plans with new customersI payed for the parvo test and leftI purchased parvo treatment from a different veterinarian in *** because they were cheaperBartlesville Animal Hospital sent me a nearly dollar bill for parvo treatment that I never purchased because I couldn't afford it and they don't do payment plans for new customersThey refuse to work with me and insist I pay a bill for a product/treatment I never got, and it goes against their own company policy to let a new customer not pay up front for a treatmentI had a witness with me when I took my dog there for the parvo test and they still insist that they gave my dog shots, when the veterinarian never once gave my dog a shot
