I received a free estimate from the company and signed the contractI ended up moving out of the house I was renting and cancelled the service well within the hour period that they giveThey then waited about two months and charged my bank account the initial paymentI went to the bank and filed a dispute about the charge and received my money backThey then turned it over to a debt collection agency who is now trying to collect $1,That is the whole amount that is said to be owed to this companyI filed many disputes with the debt collection agency over this stating the fact that no services were ever done, I cancelled the service within the time limit, no money was lost on the company's part therefore I do not owe this amount or any amountThe pest company, when I talked to them on the phone, was very rued and uncooperative and unwilling to move off there position that I owed this amountTerrible company, terrible costumer service, and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody ever!!!!

I would be glad to look at the wall in question. You and I have never met, so we should have no pre-conceived issues regarding each other. I want to honor our agreement with you, and that will require a visit. I would like to come when your son can also be present. I would first listen to anything you or your son would want to tell me. then I would look at the wall in question. I believe we can come to a positive resolution of your concerns. I am available the week of the 18th of April, as I am currently on vacation due to my daughter's wedding. Please acknowledge that you accept or reject my offer to come as the Operations Manager of Quik-Kill. If you accept, I will call and schedule at a time of both your and your son's choosing. This is an attempt to resolve the current matter that made you feel you needed to lodge the Revdex.com complaint. I wait to hear from you.

I received a free estimate from the company and signed the contract. I ended up moving out of the house I was renting and cancelled the service well within the 72 hour period that they give. They then waited about two months and charged my bank account the initial payment. I went to the bank and filed a dispute about the charge and received my money back. They then turned it over to a debt collection agency who is now trying to collect $1,522.00. That is the whole amount that is said to be owed to this company. I filed many disputes with the debt collection agency over this stating the fact that no services were ever done, I cancelled the service within the time limit, no money was lost on the company's part therefore I do not owe this amount or any amount. The pest company, when I talked to them on the phone, was very rued and uncooperative and unwilling to move off there position that I owed this amount. Terrible company, terrible costumer service, and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody ever!!!!

submitting the complaint, I have spoke with her husband. We agreed that this matter would be referred to our Service Manager, who would set up a time to visit and resolve this situation. On Monday (6/12/14)our Service Manager ([redacted]) called and left a message to attempt a resolution to this matter. We will continue to attempt to set this appointment so that an inspection and subsequent treatment can be performed and a resolution can be accomplished. We are very concerned about their ant problem and our service remains committed to solving the problem.

ON Monday 6/12/14 the service manager called and in fact spoke with my husband. I was standing right next to him, and he stated he could not come out until the following Monday - as I stated in my initial complaint, we were upset he could not come out for entire week. On 6/19/14 no one came out nor did we receive a call from anyone.
We will not be moving forward with the service from Quik Kill since they are not upholding their side of the contract, as previously stated.

On 7/8/14 AFTER WE DID NOT HEAR FROM THE COMPANY we hired another local firm to take care of our ant issue, and informed the company via the Revdex.com that we hired another firm to do so. It is August 26, 2014 and exactly 7 weeks from the last date of communication through the Revdex.com, and this is the first communication we have received back from Quik Kill, which is ridiculous, over a month past the time the Revdex.com requested a response, and completely unacceptable. The phone number on the contract is mine, and I have not received any calls from any service manager after this issue was reported. I have received a recording, to which I hung up on, since that is not what we were told was going to happen. After my comment stating we hired another company to take care of the ant issue. It is completely unacceptable to me, as a business person myself that I would not receive timely service, service that is successful, works and treats the problem that I had initially hired the company to do. After our initial $211 payment that we made, that did not treat our ant problem at all, or even reduce is by any means. We continued to struggle and called the company, and what happened after that is documented with the Revdex.com. Therefore, due to the late and untimely response and communication from the company, lack of service that forced us to hire another company to resolve out issue, we are not moving forward with the contract, since the lack of service and lack of communication faulted on their part.

I am writing regarding a case that Mrs. [redacted] has lodged against our company. My operations manager, [redacted] has previously responded to this complaint. We would like to reach an amicable resolution to this matter, therefore my response today.

On 5/1/14, Mrs. [redacted] called our office and subsequently signed up for services (on 5/6/14) with our company for an original period of one year. We performed an initial service on 5/8/14. We received a call into our office on 5/12/14 stating that while the original window that had ants entering the home was taken care of with the service they had received, another window with hundreds of ants was causing a problem. On 5/13/14, our Service Technician performed an additional no-charge service for that problem.

On 6/3/14, Mrs. [redacted] called our office again stating that she was seeing more ants. We were going to provide a service on the following Thursday 6/5/14. With a couple of calls back and forth, she agreed to the normal service date for 6/10/14, as nobody could come to the house and let the service technician in to perform a service until then.

On 6/12/14, our Service Manager, [redacted] responded and spoke with Mr. [redacted], and offered to personally come and provide a free service that same day. Mr. [redacted] stated that they were leaving for a few days, and when they return the following week, would call and set up an appointment for service. On the following Tuesday (6/17/14), since we had not heard from the [redacted] family, our Service Manager called and left a message asking that since they should have returned home, please call us to set up an appointment for service.

On 6/30/14, at approximately 12:30 pm, our Service Manager once again called the [redacted] home and left a message to please return his call, as we have not heard from them, and wanted to provide a service to solve the ant issue.

Apparently, there have been several updates and postings to the original complaint, even with the customer stating they have hired another firm to fix the problem. If they had only responded to numerous attempts on our behalf to reach them, service could have been performed and would have quite possibly have solved the problem by this time. All calls into and out of our call center are logged, and unless the customer had called from other numbers than their home number, our last verbal contact with the [redacted] family was on 6/12/14. We desire an amicable resolution to this matter. It is our desire to have either our service technician or our service manager come out, perform a free inspection and subsequent treatment to address the matter at hand. We stand ready to serve.
