Bartlett Door Sales & Service

I live literally down the street from Bartlett door. It shouldn't matter if it's 1 yr. after the door was installed they shouldn't give a customer a hard time to do something so easy for them to do as program a customer's car opener. They wanted to charge me 80.00 extra to come down the street.Bartlett door's customer service is terrible and l will make sure it's all over social media.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When he asked how I was going to pay, he did not say for what.  I assumed he ment the entire job!  not an charge over and above the job.  And yes I was rude.

tell all our customers we can try to code their car. Not all cars are programmable. Each car is different. We did the job Judy paid for, and again coding vehicles is not part of the job, it's a courtesy, and if vehicle was there 1/20/16 we would have tried to code the customers car.Thank You, Bartlett
