I ordered a bag of Roasted Peanuts The bag that I received had many foul tasting and very, very hard peanuts in it One almost broke a tooth! I contacted the vendor as they had a 100% guarantee of satisfaction on their website They eventually refunded the price of the peanuts but not the $shipping I want the $shipping refunded as well as this product is defective could be harmful and I should not have to pay for shipping for something that must be disposed of
On May I purchased a pound of fenugreek seed from nuts.com and they gave me an order number(***) and then they said they would send me a tracking number,and I have not received no tracking number at all.They also said the order would arrive on about the 21st of May , but I have not seen delivery of my order as of yet.I have emailed them twice with no response from them
These nuts were expensiveI bought them for my daughter's weddingOpened them to fill the favor cups expecting very delicious nutsNOT!! They were dry with very little saltThe company says 100% guarantee WRONGThey will only refund for what is left I had to use them I had no time to replace themI was so embarrassedThey say We will make it right with you if not satisfiedNo...because I had to use them, they would not refund even though I was very dissatisfied with them
I will be ordering from Nuts.com again The best customer service My first package was said to be delivered by the shipping company but it wasn't They investigated with the company and so did I and after days of not having a response they shipped out a new order for me with a different shipper The were apologetic and kind even though they did not do anything wrong This is a company that appreciates it's customers
