Bartlett Heating and AC have provided me with exceptional service times First time was for my water heater, they were able to replace it same day for a reasonable priceSecond time, my furnace stopped working (middle of winter) and they had a tech out within two hours of my call to make the repair Third time was the AC I thought for sure the older unit would have to be replaced and set me back with a huge replacement cost They were able to get the unit running again by replacing a small part that cost me less than $total I'm sure there are plenty of companies out there who would have just replaced the unit in order to pad their own bottom line Bartlett Heating and AC is clearly able to deliver quality work, at a reasonable price, and in a very timely professional manner Highly recommended!

The first time I called Bartlett Heating and Air was due to our A/C going out Vince was able to come out to assess what was wrong only to find out that the freon needed to be recharged Two years later, our A/C completely failed and [redacted] came out againUnfortunately, the unit had to be replaced Vince gave us different options for replacement and was able to quickly get our house back to a cooler temperature I am so grateful to Vince and his team for quickly getting us up and running againI hope to never need their service again, but I will definitely call them for any future problems!

The gentleman who came in made sure to cover his shoes to prevent bringing in any dirt, he was very polite and respectful, he did a thorough job of evaluating what was going on with our system, and then made the recommendations as to how to take care of the problem; they then came in and completed the job in a timely, polite, and well priced way. I would very much recommend this company to anyone looking for a heating and air place. very down to earth and friendly and polite. I actually have recommended them multiple times!

No complaints about Bartlett Heating and Air. This is a great company. All the employees are very professional and nice. When you purchase an air conditioner or furnace - they call you in the spring for your air conditioner and the fall for your furnace to come out and inspect/clean. I also feel prices are reasonable and that you won't get screwed over for repairs. These guys know what they are doing. They won't try to sell you anything you won't need.
