I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. [redacted] visited my property on 11/20/14 and explained that the wear on the driveway is within normal wear and that sealcoating should prevent further wear. I expressed my disappointed with the initial lack of response since I had intended on getting it sealcoated prior to winter; however temperatures will no longer permit. He offered to sealcoat the driveway in the Spring at his cost and I was appreciative of this offer.
