On 7/1/our family stayed at the hotelAt a.mother guests entered our room and yelled "What the [redacted] in front of my year old son, we knew none of these guestsOf course then we did not got any sleep as he was fearful someone was going to come in and hurt him.We are unsure how the guests entered our room, however, the clerk states we had to have left the door openHowever, that is besides the pointWhen I called to complain the next morning the front desk was very reassuring and said the manager would call us right awayI called back four times and never got a response back, finally after speaking with her spouse the manager returned my call and offered me a percent discount but once I told her I was going to write a bad review she said then I'm not giving you a discountNow hotel manager is harassing me on [redacted] and will not give me the discount as askedI would like a full refund from our stay considering the treatment I have went throughPlease review the revi
