Complaint[redacted] was very disrespectful, rude, not helpful and threaten to charge an extra day after I already paid for pick up that day.9/26/14 @ 4pm my car was involved in a car accident with [redacted] School services.I was receive a call by a relative that my mom which was the driver was in a wreck.I called Bartlett Towing Mon 10/30/14 with the info that I was provided and spoke to [redacted]. I stated who I was and the purpose for calling explaining to employee that I was currently out of town and wanted to give My insurance Company and [redacted] Company permission to pick up the car. [redacted] then stated I had to be there in person to do so. I asked is there another way to do this. While I was unavailable. She stated she could fax a paper to sign. I provided her with the fax number to where I was at. I paid for the fax and notice it had to be notarized. I then called back an spoke to [redacted] an asked did the paper have to be notarized because where I was at I didnt have access to a NOTARY. [redacted] then rudely stated she have had previous clients that was able to get it notarized. After a long disagreement with [redacted] about this matter. I asked to speak with someone else that can better assist me. She stated in a nasty attitude that there was no one else she is the owner daugher and its either her or no one. I immeditaley ended the trip flew back home to get this issue resolved. I stopped by the office[redacted] rd and waLked in with my Driver License and Insurance Card and asked to see the car and sign whatever paper that needed signing to get the car release to my Insurance Company. [redacted] then asked was I the person she spoke to on yesterday, I stated yes. She then begin to demand that I provide her with a Title to my car, Registration, and Bill of Sale. I then tried to explain to [redacted] that I had just purchase the car Wednesday 09/24/2014. I left to go out of town on Friday 09/26/2014 and the car was wrecked. [redacted] then started yelling thats what she need and she can not release the car until she recieve that information. I then told [redacted] that the paper might be in the Glove box. She walked from behind the counter and began to walk outside to the car which where I thought she was taking me to see it and look for it. As we began to start walking [redacted] than began to say I could have not made it back in town that fast and she dont believe anything I have to say I am a Liar. Asked me to pin point exactly where the paper is because she is not gonna walk over there for nothing, and she is not gonna allow me to see the car. When [redacted] started back walking towards me she asked for my DL I gave her DRIVER LICENSE she then started yelling saying again I was a liar and the papers in the car dont say my name, then she walked off. I walked behind her with [redacted] Dealership on the phone trying to advise her they stated they will fax over anything she need to get this resolved she stated she did not want to speak with them they need to call her. She dot believe anyhting I have to say. After [redacted] spoke to [redacted] at [redacted] Dealership he faxed over papers to show proof that I owned the car. I asked how much was it to get my car out I will pay to get my car release and deal with my insurance company on my own. She quoted $256.10. I returned and paid amount $250.10 they release the car. I explained to them that Dealership will be there to pick it up because the car was not in a driveable state. [redacted] stated ok after leaving for a few hours I returned about 3:50pm to check on the car an see have Sunrise picked the car up. After seeing that the car was still there I began to call another tow company to have it towed to my house until the dealership was able to get it. I expalined to her co workers they stated this was fine. While pulling off [redacted] flagged me down and demanded I get my car off her property or she will re-tow my car and re charge me towing and storage fees. [redacted] even though its not in the lot its on her property and I need to move my car to the street. I then was forced to move the car off her lot.Desired SettlementA written apology. Compensation for the hassle and rude service.

Bartlett towing promised services at reasonable able time and after 2 hours didn't have decency to even call.I called approximately 1pm on 8/18 to get my company van towed to my business address. I was informed it would be approximately 45 minutes. At 3pm I receive a call from a representative from bartlett towing informing me that they would be at my location in approximately one hour. I feel this was rude and disrespectful considering the fact that if I knew the actual time it would take to get a tow truck driver to respond I would have contacted another company that I could depend on. I was forced to pay employee 3 hours of labor for sitting with me and my van .Desired SettlementI feel after I pay for a service that was rendered in a very inappropriate amount of time I should receive half my money back so soften the monetary damages I have experienced.
