I am rejecting this response because:I was not even remotely given a simple way to resolve the issueI am being asked to change the representation of my board of directors and have every board member individually get signed and notarized documents sent to the bankI have already completed this process with the entire current board but I'm being told that I have to add four more members, re-write the document and start overI'm being asked to prove things that I have already proven, and provide endlessly more documentationsThe bank lawyer actually suggested that I was making "threats" because I stated that I would complain to the Revdex.com and comment on Yelp. I have received nothing from Century bank that acknowledges the actual issue or apologizes in any way for the problems and distress that has been causedI have only received these dismissive and absurd claims that "it's already resolved" or "we've proposed a simple solution"Nothing has changed, nothing has improved and I have received nothing but disrespect and obstructionism from this bank.

To Whom It May Concern,On June 19, 2017, Century Bank was in communication with Ms. [redacted] to clarify what was needed to allow access to the Century Bank Accounts.  It was determined that the solution to the issue was not properly communicated to Ms. [redacted] and subsequently resulted in the disconnection.  Century Bank was at fault and is sorry for the inconvenience that this situation has caused.  As soon as the two final requirements are satisfactorily met, Century Bank will act upon the resolution and will allow Ms. [redacted] to have access to the Century Bank Accounts.Sincerely,Jeff S[redacted], Century Bank
