Bartlett's Wine Shoppe

I recently filed a complaint (ID- [redacted]) against this company. I accepted the resolution after the company agreed to return my team's registration fees (an amount of approximately $240). For that reason this complaint was closed by the Revdex.com. They did recently return money to my credit card, however it was for the amount of $12. Please re-open this complaint until they comply and return the full amount. Thank yourefund of my team's ENTIRE registration fees as agreed to in complaint ID [redacted]. NOT JUST $12

Since your registration was prepaid by your team captain, the refund for the registration fees had to go to her account since she was the one that originally paid these fees. [redacted] has been refunded $168. 30, [redacted] has been refunded $92.40 and you have been refunded $12.10 which brings the total refund to $272.80. Since you originally requested a total refund of $240 I believe everything has been squared away at this point.
