After having a baby in late September of 2016, I was sent about different
statements from the hospitalI made the first payment in November of the
same yearI then made payments consistently until I received a letter in
January of stating that my bills were going in to collectionsI called
and asked for my bills to be removed from collections, and was told they had
no record of payment being madeAfter forwarding my receipts to the billing
office, she stated that the payments were being applied to a certain
account, and it looked as if I were not making payments on othersHowever,
when I log in to the bill pay system that was given to me, I only have a
lump sum total of the amount I oweI do not have access to view any
individual accountWhen I make an online payment, it is their side that
determines where it is appliedI do not have the choiceI believe they are
doing this on purpose in order to be able to send bills to collectionsI
