Review: This is probably the most stressful garage experiences that I have had in my life and the worst quality of work that I have seen. The first time my insurance company referred me to [redacted] was when my car door needed to be replaced. The reason that I went to this garage to begin with is that it offers lifetime guarantee on the work that they have done since it is through Progressive. It took the garage 5 days to replace my door and when it was replaced, there was a huge gap when it closed. When I told the mechanic this he looked at my in a ‘you are a girl and don’t know about cars’ and said that’s how it should be. So, I left. About a year or two after this incident, I had a hit from the back and the person didn’t have insurance so I had to pay the deductible and have the back trunk door re-aligned, bumper painted and the spoiler changed. My insurance company, yet again, sent me to this garage. They initially only painted my bumper and changed the spoiler. When I called and told them that the trunk has huge gaps and if they fixed it, they said no and basically told me that I don’t know what I am talking about. I then proceeded to ask if they changed the alignment of the car and the mechanic who was on the phone with me refused to do so and was arguing with me that it was pointless. He also refused to fix the switch that turned off after the hit. It took me over an hr or arguing and telling them that I will write a complaint to Revdex.com and take them to small claims court for them to then change it and check the alignment and fix the gaps on the trunk door. At the same time, the mechanic asked what else he should fix and to me, this was bizarre because he is the mechanic and they should have checked everything after the accident. I also mentioned the front door and the mechanic told me that it wasn’t due to this accident. This is when I proceeded to remind them that they have a lifetime guarantee and fix policy and this was the same door that this garage fixed previously and it still does not close fully and has a gap. After additional arguing and calling back and forth, they adjusted the door. I don’t understand why I had to stress and fight to have my car fixed when I was paying the deductible and my insurance was paying this garage to have everything that was affected by the accident fixed. Because of the arguing and not fixing everything on time, I had to pay for additional 3 days of car rental which is not covered by my insurance. Additionally, about 3 weeks after, my bumper is coming loose and the gap on my trunk door has also increased. I contacted my insurance company and was notified that they contacted the garage and have not heard back from them since then. The customer service and the quality of service in this garage is horrible! I have never felt so discriminated against as a female than I did here. Just because I am not a male, it does not mean that I should receive less for my $. I am appalled at the attitude and the incompetence of the mechanics at this garage.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of my deductable since the performed repairs have not been done properly and I do not wish to have my falling off bumper and the new gaps in my trunk fixed by the same garage. I will rather pay another garage to fix it instead.

Call came in from vehicle owner after message

was left to let know vehicle was complete.Owner had asked if back door was adjusted because of gaps to bumper were big after rear

bumper was hit in accident. Was explained to customer

that back door did not need to be adjusted

it was from bumper

being hit and that after

bumper was taken off and small repair

was done and bumper put back on vehicle gap was OK.Owner

then asked if the light on the dash that was out was fixed.

(?) After asking about what light it was on the dash

it was explained that it seemed odd that

a light on the dash would go out due to such a small repair to rear cover.Owner stated that because she

was paying a deductable that everything

that is wrong with vehicle should

be repaired.When asked if she had stated

to the adjuster from progressive all these issues with vehicle she said no she was not the one who dropped vehicle

off, it was explained that with an insurance claim

it wou Id have to be deemed accident related by insurance company.We are a direct repair shop

for progressive insurance and The

MRR manager was here when call came in and heard the coversation,he went out and looked

at rear of vehicle and agreed it was

ok , Progressive did agreed to pay for interior light for cust. service and we installed at no charge.Owner came and picked vehicle

up days later because we had to wait for interior

light to come in from toyota.To date l 0/** /20 l 3 Progressive has made several attemps

to see vehicle and owner has not keept apt..

Review: answered an ad to Barton to test drive a cadallic car went with my girlfriend we both test drove a car where in 4 to 6 weeks we were to receive a $100.00 Visa gift card its been over 3 months and still no gift card however my girlfriend received a $100.00 check with a letter apoligising for loosing paperwork,I however still haven't received anything but have made several calls and have not gotton any answers.Desired Settlement: either my $100.00 gift card as per advertisement or a check of $100.00 for replacement of gift card
