Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:#1. I am in no way surprised with how this company has unprofessionally handled their inability to properly keep record of my payments. The payment history they have attached IS NOT the payment history that was provided to me prior to my last payment and my initial complaint through the Revdex.com. The attached history they have provided has been updated to reflect the correct payment history I have provided them with on numerous occasions. HOWEVER, I DO NOT owe the company a past due balance! The car was purchased in February of 2016 with payments due monthly starting in March 2016. That would equate to 13 payments that should have been made on the vehicle through March 2017. If you refer to the payment history they have provided, 13 payments have been made! There is a payment due today, April 6, 2017. However, as Ms. [redacted] has INCORRECTLY STATED it IS NOT past due... Surely they are capable of accurately differentiating between when a payment is considered current or past due.#2. Through the numerous incompetent employees I have dealt with at Barton Creek Auto finance, I have NEVER been offered the opportunity to make my payment online.#3. It is a fact, not a "claim", that charging a credit card processing fee is illegal. Per The Texas Finance Code charging a fee to customers paying via credit card is illegal! You are passing the fee charged by the 3rd party on to your customers and THAT IS ILLEGAL. [redacted]
