Revdex.com:On Saturday May 17th, I went and had my eyes tested. I gave them Superior Vision Ins. card, which I found out later it was the wrong Insurance. Therefore, it showed I did not have insurance...

with them. I had to pay $89.00, instead of the $10.00 copay. I was told immediately that I would get a refund of $79.00 when I gave them the correct Ins. info.
Monday morning I called HR, for Bastrop I.S.D. got the correct Insurance name etc. I have Humana Ins. I called B.C.E. and gave them the correct info, right away was told, that they found that info to be correct; I have insurance with Humana.
I was also told that I would get a refund, and to expect it in about 3 or 4 days, so I gave them my address. on May 19th. I called and spoke to [redacted], he claimed that the check had been mailed. I waited 5 days, no check. I called back and spoke to [redacted], she said I will mail you the check, again give it 3 to 4 days, after  5 more days I called and spoke to the manager [redacted], she said let me call you right back. when she called me back she said, I just called our bank and the check has not been cashed. I said, "I can't cash the check if I have not received it." You need to mail it first so that I can get it. June 1st. called and spoke to [redacted], she claims she re mailed it. I said," You all are a bunch of liars." I told her I was calling Revdex.com. Everytime I called, they all claimed it had just been mailed.
On July 22nd. I called Revdex.com gave all the info. the complaint was filed on July 23rd. When I called Revdex.com for status, I was told that the business had been notified twice and B.C.E. did not answer.
I called Humana Ins. gave them the whole info and was told that the ins. had already paid, I said yes BEC has been paid twice. [redacted] from Humana called Dr. [redacted] the doctor that examined me. Same day shorty after I spoke to [redacted], [redacted] the receptionist called me to say my check was at the front desk. That afternoon the doctor left a message on my recorder saying to come pick up my check. I called and said I am 30 miles away, I've waited on you, now it is your turn to wait on me. I will have [redacted] pick it up for me, so I am authorizing you to release it to her.
I now have the check and just sent it to my bank.

 I hope this goes on their file, I would not want anyone else to have to experience what I have.
