This is a fraudulent on-line business that preys on senior citizensI ordered an e-book for $*** and was charged $***! This included shipping and handling for purchases I never ordered nor received! In addition, I was signed up for a yearly subscription to something I never agreed to for $** per year, that renews annuallyI was also charged for some type of purchase protection plan I never agreed toThis company should not be allowed to remain in businessTheir fraudulent business practices are illegal! I don't know how they remain in business!

It was truly a pleasure to receive a most kind and caring response to a question I had about the Tru Energy Wand I was more than impressed, and wrote back to tell Brandi that in this day of advanced technology, and with a huge lack of "personal" touch, her responses were even more meaningful Communicating with a "real" person these days seems nearly impossible, but when you get a response and communication such as I did from Brandi, it is more than refreshing Great service and true caring for the customer

Deceiving link on email that completes your purchase without your knowledge
On ***, I was on the *** website looking at products I added a digital and hardcopy package for $** with a $** discount (*** code) and noticed that there was a $*** shipping cost I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay for that as the total came out to $*** I left the website planning to go back later to change it to the "Silver" package On the same day at 5:31pm, I received an email from Barton Publishing with the subject matter: "Well, this Is embarrassing" Well I opened it up and it said if I would still like to get the item I was looking at, they would give me a $* credit as a way of saying "we're sorry" Who would think that clicking on that link is to obligate the order And, it did not take my original $** discount and added a "buy safe" protection of $*** charge When I emailed them right away, they tried to make it like it wasn't a big deal as they have a return po
