Purchased a chain saw which was sold to me as being new. After purchase a close examination revealed the saw had been used. This was brought to the owner, Jerry, attention and pointed out the discovery which indicated prior use. No reasonable explanation was given. All indications are that the saw had been switched to commit a fraud.
