We just had a complete remodel of our kitchen. Barton and Son’s Construction exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable rate. The end product was just beautiful. Ed’s warm personality made it very easy to work with him. He was very patient with my concerns which made me more at ease with the process. Excellent workmanship and detail oriented. He listens to what you want and offers suggestions that may improve on them. My kitchen is unbelievably beautiful!!!! I only wish I knew about Ed 5 years ago when we had the bathroom remodeled. Always prompt from the initial estimate to the finished product. I would trust him and his team with any work around my house.

Ed installed a replacement solar powered skylight for us. It was a tad bigger than the original but he knew how to make the necessary adjustments to make it work and look seamless. There was one piece that needed to be added and without hesitation he returned the following work day and added it. Very personable and fair. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him for any home improvement or renovation!

Barton & Sons repaired extensive water damage to our house due to ice damming. Very fair on the price and willing to work with us in all regards. Barton & Sons is like a one-stop shop. ** knows all facets of construction, and took care of multiple problems as they arose. He's also supremely honest -- work started and finished exactly when it was supposed to, and exactly on price. And the work they did is beautiful. Best contractor we've worked with in the Buffalo area, hands down. And also the last contractor -- we wouldn't hire anyone else from now on.

Ed, with assistance from Tyler and Anthony (plus Andrew who did the exterior painting), is an all-round, highly experienced contractor and craftsman that does it all. He sets the standard for his employees-- he showed up consistently before the sun (many times before 5 AM) and worked a full 9-10 hours every day.
We had purchased a "zombie house" requiring a full exterior and interior renovation. A friend who grew up with Ed recommended him- and from the interview until the job was finished, we have had absolutely no regrets. Everything needed to be done-- plumbing, electric, gas, tile, wood flooring, masonry, drywall, roofing, cabinetry, fireplace, exterior and interior door replacement/upgrades, windows, insulation, painting, bannister rebuild, lights, full kitchen and 3 bath remodels...on and on, starting with a complete interior tear down! The extent of the renovation and the effort required meant we needed a team fully dedicated and willing to work five days a week for at least three months. Ed Barton met this challenge head on and we are beyond pleased with the results!
