I bought furnaces from Fagnans back in and just recently (Dec7/2016) the motherboard on one failed Now these furnaces came with a year parts and labour warranty so I was a bit puzzled when I was being charged a $service fee I questioned the repair guy at my house and he didn't want to deal with it so he put me in touch with the office over the phone The man in the office, who I believe to be the owner, said "I took care of you so you take care of me" which I replied "but this is under warranty" He did not like that response so he proceeded to say my warranty would no longer be valid and he will refuse service to my address unless I paid the service fee I was shocked at the rudeness of him and tried to talk it out but they weren't listening anymore so he had the repair guy write on my bill "no work to be done at this house again" These guys seemed fine when I was buying my furnaces but be warned that when it comes to warranty these guys want nothing to do with it

I just had Daniel from Fagnan's here today and he fixed my air conditionerHe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything to meHe found the leak and showed me and fixed itI had another company come out a couple years ago who "suspected" a leak but told me they could find itI am EXTREMELY pleased with the service and repair that I receivedThank you :)

If you think you are going to get your furnace and vents cleaned for $139.99 you can forget it. My bill ended up being &375.00. Charged on vents that we don't even have, and charged $45.00 to cut a hole in our air conditioning vent. When we called Fagnan's, they said they would give us a credit voucher for the vents that were overcharged. This is not acceptable, as I do not want them near my house again.
I knew I would have to pay for any vents over the allowable (10), so I thought my bill would be about $200.00. I would not recommend this company to ANYBODY. They are just money grabbers

Furnace/Hot Water tank service/clean - Excellent service techs, very informative, explained and showed everything. Highly recommend their services.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Igor (ii) and Fagnan's service call today. First -15 day this winter and of course the furnace quit. Called in the AM and Igor was here in an hour and a half. Considering how many calls I'm guessing come in at this time of year I was quite impressed with the response time. Then Igor was quick to confirm my assumption that the ignitior failed. He had it installed quickly while explaining what the problem was. He also offered tips on how to keep your furnace running smoothly. I am very happy I called Fagnan's today and to have heat back as soon as we did. Highly recommend.
