Ok, so I was called to come check out the *** furnace. The control board gave me a diagnositic code to replace the pressure switch. I found one and replaced itThis didn't fix the furnace.I called the owners explained this to them also explained to them that there was no parts vendor
for *** in the *** *** *** *** area etc.Told them I thought either the control board or the vent fan motor assembly was bad. Told them I thought it was most likely the control board because the pressure switch didn't fix the furnace.So it took quite a while to find a vendor to get parts for me. One attempt I was waiting on a *** vendor to call me back about it, they never did. This is the time when I went on vacation (had someone call and still never received a response for parts).When I returned from my vacation, I answered a text from the owners and began calling all local vendors and HVAC competetors with no help or any ideas.Finally found a vendor that could and would help me.Replaced the control board and this did not repair the furnace. Contacted the owners told them the control board was not the problem. Also told them I wouldn't charge them for a $control board (also no charge for a pressure switch). Ordered the vent fan motor assembly, repaired the furnace.Don't understand *** *** complaints about me contacting or trying to contact them about this issue after what he calls acceptable working hours as I work 24/if that's what it takes.Also the vent fan motor was a hard to get item, feel free to call ask about it at *** or any other vendor in the state (ask for parts for a *** gas furnace Model *** *** ***) (This is *** or *** ***) (I was told a special made to *** ** *** ***).The second time I arrived at the job site I was told by the owners to ask a different tenant to let, as I said never a complaint till I was done with this job. Then *** *** or his wife didn't seem to respond as I called both of them and text both of them. He responded very hateful as if I was one of his children or I don't know, I have the text. They never seemed to mind that I contacted them any other time. I apoligized best I could, he then ask for a discount. I told him I already took the control board off the bill and that I assured him that I had way more than hours in this job. That's when he said he would pay and where to send his invoice.Can't believe if they were that upset. My question is why not just call someone else. Someone told me *** *** *** * *** *** ***, called them they wouldn't or couldn't help.*** ***

To Whom It May Concern:Based on the format (or lack of) and the multitude of grammatical and spelling errors in Mr. B[redacted]’s response, it is now not difficult to understand why he had such problems in diagnosing and repairing the furnace. If my business were to receive a complaint through the Revdex.com, I would ensure a response was well written and sent on official letterhead. It is astounding that a business owner in the twenty-first century would submit a hand-written response with grammatical and syntax errors such as the ones in his letter. My advice to anyone looking for a qualified HVAC repairman is to look beyond John B[redacted] and Bartram’s Heating and Cooling. Respectfully submitted,[redacted]
