customer that the balcony was not originally meant to be a conditioned space. It was originally a balcony and then enclosed. The heating system was not designed to heat this additional area and, in very cold weather will not be able to keep it very warm. Owner called within a week of our call and I explained this to her. Received another call 2 weeks later- owner was mad that I hadn't returned her original call and didn't recall our previous conversation about this. I explained that the vent to the lanai was open but in very cold weather it wont stay very warm out there. The original call of no heat was completed and heat was established and verified.
