[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have tried to get in contact with both companies and neither one of them have been responding to any of the messages leftI feel that is it the new company's obligation to either fulfill or refund when they take over a propertyThey as a new company should have been made aware of any pending transactions or property deals that where in the worksWith that being said, I have spoken to the old company and they have told me that all the information has been passed on with the take overAt this point it is no longer in my control that someone conveniently "lost" or "misplaced" my information with the take over, The new company when I spoke with them on the phone made it seem as if they were going to talk with the old company and figure this problem out, but to no avail have they been any help or even willing to talk with meThe only resolution that I see is if the new company is willing to do anything to help, please find out where my deposit is and return it.

Review: This new company took over a property I was supposed to rent. No one from either the old or new company called me to inform me of this, so I had to go and find a new place to rent. Have called on 08/03 08/04 08/06 08/13 to try and find a way to get back my security deposit returned. At one point I was able to speak to Brian and he told be on the 6th that it would take a couple of days to find out all the info to get things moving. I have waited over a week and left a message and still no contact from the company.Desired Settlement: I would simply like my Security deposit returned ASAP.
