Ba'Runi Hotel & Grille

Review: Im writing to document a complaint about Ba'Runi Hotel & Grille. I currently reside in the Hotel and I have been living here for 4 months. Throughout my entire stay the room has been infested with bed bugs. I have pictures, video, and captured bugs to back up this claim. The pictures include those of bugs bites and blood spots, as well as scars from the bites on my three year old son. From the start, I have informed staff, management and the owner; whom have all reassured me action would be taken. After telling them this a week or two goes bye, again I tell the manager. She claims that I never told her and that something would be done. This exact occurrence happens week after week. I take matters into my own hands spending hundreds of dollars on bug sprays, pillow covers and bed covers. This is to no avail, so I buy plastic sheeting and cover the entire room. Upon a random room inspection, the manager again asks why the room is covered in plastic and again I tell her of the bed bugs, she acts surprised and says something will be done. All my clothes are bagged as to slow the transfer of the bugs. When I am at work the manger goes into my room and leaves a note saying that I cannot store my clothes in bags.I talked to her about this in the eatery, bringing up the bugs, this causes her to go on the attack and says that upon searching my room she found a needle aka for drug use. I say that is not possible I don't use drugs, she then says that she found a crack pipe in the air conditioner. I take out my phone press record and say for the record you said you found drug paraphernalia, she then replies, "No, I never said that!" It is normal for me to come home from work and have my door wide open, I have reported it to staff and they assured me that the security camera in the hall way would be reviewed, it has not. On my first night here two tenants and one staff member attempted to force into my room, I called the police only a public drunkenness/ disorderly conduct was issued. I am scaredDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for my current time here. As a paying guest of this hotel I should be given a decent place to sleep whereas bugs and negligent slum lord owners do not rule my life just because I have little income; and therefore, I cannot afford better accommodations for my family. I deserve to feel safe from invasion and harm. I am scarred that the staff members residing with the tenants will try to attack my family again, I deserve my money back for the harassment /negligence
