Hired Mark Barusic (Barusic tile) to perform some demolition work on a property I purchased for renovation Barusic was also to perform the renovation work I have paid him a total of $44,to date Barusic did perform the demo work However, he was to have retained a plumber, electrician and HVAC contractor, was to provide me with a contract and receipts for a expenditures He gave me a Funding Disbursement Statement that indicated various purchases, as well as payments to a plumber and electricianAfter the demo, the project has been stagnant for months Barusic very difficult to reach Admitted he never paid the plumber, etc So I terminated him wksago, and asked for the unspent funds (per Barusic's Funding Statement) Barusic has refused to return the money $28,895.00) and has never provided contracts or receipts; nor has he done any work other than what he was paid for My property is in a shambles and I need the money to hire a new contractor
