B.A's Automotive Service Inc. works very hard to maintain a positive reputation, our goal is that our customers leave satisfied. We have a lifetime guarantee on all of our work, Ms. [redacted] did not contact our business until after a complaint was filed. As always we are happy to address any concerns...

and we would have, had she given us the opportunity. To address each complaint, aftermarket parts were used on her vehicle. With the age and condition of said vehicle her insurance company felt it was the appropriate choice. We do not control what the insurance company chooses, As for the alignment and headlight not working as previously stated we would be more than happy to resolve any problem. Ms. [redacted] has not given us the opportunity. We towed her vehicle from the scene of an accident, in which her bumper was damaged. Damage to the bumper was a direct result of the accident and was replaced and paid for by the insurance company. Also, there has never been any contact with any insurance company regarding payment for parts or invoices. We have every invoice for every part purchased for the vehicle and we have been paid for everything. There is no balance owed for any additional parts. The vehicle was in the body shop, we do not use oil in our body shop. Any stains in the vehicle caused by our employees will be removed at no cost to Ms. [redacted]. The floormat Ms. [redacted] is speaking of was located and given to her immediately. Ms. [redacted] also received additional work at no cost to correct previous body damage that was repaired incorrectly. The bottom line is B.A.'s Automotive Service inc. will always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Our obligation to Ms. [redacted] is to restore her vehicle to pre-accident condition, when Ms. [redacted] picked up her vehicle after repairs were completed the vehicle was in pre-accident condition or better. The vehicle was inspected by Ms. [redacted] and our shop manager before ever leaving. She had no complaints. Ms. [redacted] must understand that she is driving an eleven year old vehicle that was in less than perfect condition before the accident, still we are more than willing to address and resolve any concerns Ms. [redacted] may have, however we will not pay another shop to repair something we can do.Respectfully,[redacted]See attachment for original.

I took my car to BA's Automotive and told [redacted] that my car had overheated and I believed that it was either the thermostat or water pump. He told me he would check everything and when I picked it up four days later he told me that it was neither the thermostat or water pump and that he had to replace the radiator. After taking it home and driving it back and forth to work, which is 15 miles round trip, I had not trouble with it. On Friday, Oct 14th I headed to Bowling Green, KY and about 20 miles from Bowling Green my car overheated and my engine almost blew up. I called [redacted] and told him what happened and he responded by telling me it could be a number of things and that I would need to bring it in. I learned my lesson the hard way taking it to him once and him getting over on me for more than $300. I had to towed ($50) from the highway to [redacted] and they told me within 20 minutes that it was my thermostat and water pump. I believe it is pure NEGLECT along with inexcusable that a "proven" mechanic has my car for a week, told information on what I thought it was and rig it so that its fine to drive locally. He was aware that I work for the local high school and obviously had my address from gathering my basic info.
