I have purchased used vehicles from Basant in the past years My first vehicle was a Dodge Journey We had a great experience with them, our sales person asked what I needed and was nice enough to speak directly to me (female), even though I had someone with me (male)
There was an initial m(I was looking for a 3rd row, I test drove Journey's but only climbed in the back of one), and it was getting late and we started signing the papers for the second one I looked at, and then realized it did not have the 3rd row, big issue for me They stayed later and even had the insurance person come and stay so that I could get it that evening I had an issue with one tire about months in, but this was fixed immediately
I kept that for a year and then traded for Chevy Traverse I went in on a busy Saturday morning and wasn't expecting much They let me take the car to an appointment so that I could have a test drive, as I was on a deadline that day
When I got back, the paperwork was ready and I signed and I was off
All my transactions with Basant have been great, from sales to service The fellow at the service counter is always friendly, and even when I had squeaky breaks and brought it in for an oil change, he took me back when it was on the lift and showed me that my breaks were fine (they were dusty, which was why they were squeaking) Provided I get there early enough, my oil changes are quick, friendly and they'll generally look at whatever I need
Overall, I've experienced excellent service here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, we'll likely be getting our teenage daughters first car here
We just purchased a Ford F-150 earlier in the afternoon from this company, and I have to say had the most unbelievable courteous, professional service we have experienced in a long, long time. The entire team from the manager to the financial officer to the sales person, were so friendly, warm, and welcoming, and furthermore, made us feel like valued customers right from the start, without knowing whether or not we were even eligible to purchase such a vehicle. They most graciously maintained the fine art of reserving their judgements on all who walked through their doors. Bravo, Basant Motors! They should be asked by similar businesses to provide training on customer service to all their clients as well. Thanks to Sam, Preet, and Ronnie in particular! We will be repeat customers for certain.
hi your salesman is very confuse and he was telling wrong price ( wrong vehicle) and change the mind front in customer and he was give very expense cars according to market and Honda civic dealership
I was very pleased with my visit at Basant Motors on Fraser Hwy in [redacted] today [redacted]. The salesman [redacted] came out and greeted me with a smile and handshake. Then we proceeded in to the store and we sat down and [redacted] asked how can we help you, I said I am looking to bye a car and [redacted] said what kind I told him and then we took some S U V S for a test drive. I then found the car I liked it was a [redacted] then [redacted] sent me to talk to [redacted] the financial lady and she was very pleasant to talk to.
The Worst Worst customer service when it comes to problems with the car they gave my brother. First of all they sucker him in buying a car not even worth the value and then promised him to exchange the car for another one in 3 months which he did but they never told him that they will transfer the balance over to the other car balance and they took his first car and never minus anything from it so he is owing more the. 15k on a used car ...... That's a scam BEWARE do not listen to their promises they ignore u with any car problems and don't care and lie to get money out of u DONT be a sucked into this problems [redacted]
