Review: Their head web developer was contracted back in July of 2013 to design and develop a new E-COMMERCE website. While the design looks nice, the functionality is not working properly on all the browsers and there are many errors on the pages. I've had many people go to the site and complain about the time it takes to load and that it doesn't load in all the browsers. There is also problem with the coding of the payment processor which doesn't allow people to complete a transaction.I brought this up to him - he dismissed this claim as a problem with their versions of the browser; not any error on his part.I was supposed to have a FULLY FUNCTIONING FASHION FORWARD (in his words from the contract). Some of them have been completed, however, I was supposed to have this site by Oct. *, 2013 - its now February, 2014 and I still don't have a site that's functioning properly on all the browsers.I paid for a person to help with the integration of products which he never provided. I have been working with tedious spreadsheets (because his plug-ins for product variations is even more time consuming than a spreadsheet - imagine!). So basically, I've been doing most of the product uploading which negates the contract and what he said he would do. The worst part of this ordeal was when he asked me to pay the remainder of the contract (I paid half up front) before finishing the job!! He said he had to pay somebody and started going into some personal reasons why he needed the money. Out of sheer kindness - I gave him half of what was remaining (because he harassed me everyday sounding like he was dying) so that he could finish. He was dismissive and condescending to me as if I was wrong for questioning his knowledge or lack thereof.When I suggested he finish the site if he wanted final payment, he gave me more excuses and said he wouldn't work any further without payment.Finally I made the contract null and void to avoid any further issue but I still don't have a siDesired Settlement: I would like them to be exposed for being fraudulent and misleading customers. They urge people to use a wordpress platform bcs it behooves them if you need monthly maintenance. With endless plugins to make the site work it requires consistent maintenance it's not scalable for the customer and it is a hackers haven making it easier for hackers to compromise the site and customer information.It is not good for an e-commerce solution so they intentionally misled me and overcharged me for services
