Something has got to give.
They were the ish a couple months at the beginning of my experience with them. Then around late 2022 or 2023 something must have happened to the staff because I would win auctions but I would never receive an invoice for them. My experiencewas a little bit different than most people because I live in their hometown so when I would receive an invoice I could contact Joe and set up a meeting time to meet with him in person and he would have all my cards already and I pay him in person and that was cool for the first couple of like the first year. then like I said all of a sudden no invoices were getting sent to me and apparently a staff member stopped working there I don't want to go into great detail because it seems like a personal matter but it seems like whoever is left at that place can't can't do it can't handle it and I have sent them an email and offered my services to help them out but no response I haven't even called Joe's number no response no answer yet every weekend that auction starts off new items get added to it I win some items and I still don't get an invoice it's like he wants people to still bid but since they're not going to get a chance to pay for it or ever see the card or hold it they become basically shill bidders bidding up every card they want to and it's sad if an invoice is going out to only certain buyers maybe who ever spends the most money get an invoice so like the top 10% of high bidders are the only people who will ever see what they won on this auction site, but I don't know, I've never worked there these have just been my observations. I just really hope Joe or whoever is boss there can get it together just hire some smart people and get this show back on the road people cuz it's really cool when it does work. And if ur not gonna do that then sell it to me I'll put in the work joe, I'm Stan, you know me Joe, I've gone to ur house to pick up orders. Stop being a stranger bro.

Review: I ordered sleeves for baseball cards on 1/24/15. The amount of $270.21 was deducted from my [redacted] on 1/27/15. The sleeves never arrived. I tried contacting [redacted] at the number given on the website, it rings incessantly, with no one answering and no voice mail to leave a message. I have also emailed them several times on the status of the sleeves, with no response. The email address is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to get the product that I ordered, but if that is not within their capabilities, which at this point seems to be none. I would like a refund of my money.

Review: I have bought products from this auction site quite a few times, and have had minor issues here and there whether it be they don't charge the card right away or wait a couple of weeks to charge the card with another weeks worth of items. The problem is that when I ask what the deal is with that, the response was basically that this is how they do it. I have had a couple of issues where items came damaged or didn't receive them. Usually they have been rectified, however, I have been waiting on some items for a long time now and already was charged months ago. One of the items they couldn't find when they sent me that shipment and a damaged product I was supposed to receive a while ago, I still haven't received a replacement for. Over the past months, I have waited and waited. Finally I decided I am tired of not knowing what's going on. I have sent Joe who apparently is the guy in charge a couple of emails with ZERO responses over the past month. So, not only have I been charged, I still have not received my products nor the damaged product replacement from a few months ago. I don't know how they do business like this... It is just very frustrating getting ripped off without even a email lying to me telling me something!!! Either pay me my money back or send me the products!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund for the damaged item that I bought months ago that he was supposed to send me the replacement for, the item that was missing from a shipment that they couldn't find and all of the other items from my last purchase that I didn't receive any items from. I DO NOT want ANY of those items anymore since they are no longer needed and I found them elsewhere.

Review: I ordered a baseball card from Baseball-cards.com on 12-6-14. It is 1-6-15 and I still have not received the card. I have e-mail [redacted] twice and have not received a reply. I would like to know if I am going to receive the card or if I need to cancel the transaction somehow.Desired Settlement: Either ship the card or assure me that my credit card will not be charged.
