Review: Our sons team paid entry into a tournament for July **-**. During the weekend their team won 3 games and we were told they were going to be playing in the championship game on Sunday. After our 10:00 am game Saturday our coach confirmed our schedule of play for Sunday. Saturday night at 5:15-5:30 a game appeared on their website that our team had to play at 6:00, our coaches were never called and not until our coaches called Baseball Heaven were they told we had to be at field in 30 minutes or our team would forfeit. Being that we were 25 minutes away from the field our coaches asked to have until 7pm to gather the players and get to the field and they were told no. We are seeking our entrance fee to this tournament to be refunded as their practice is very unethical.

ME BASEBALL HEAVEN WAS AWARE THEY WERE NOT COMING. BASEBALL HEAVEN DID NOT DISCLOSE THERE KNOWLEDGE JUST SO

OTHER TEAMS WOULD NOTCANCEL. THEN TOURNEMENT CHANGED RULES AFTER TOURNEY STARTED WHICH IS AGAINST STATE

LAW OR THEY HAD TO OFFER TEAMS A REFUND. THEY THEN ADDED A GAME TO OUR SCHEDULE AND DID NOT ADVISE US OF GAME

TIME AND POSTED GAME 30 MINUTES BEFORE GAME WAS ABOUT TO BEGIN WITH NO PHONE CALL, EMAIL, TEXT I HAVE AVE TO LD HRECORDS

OF ALL COMMUNICATIONS AND ALSO A VOICE RECORDING OF DIRECTOR ADMITING ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES MADE A MISTAKE

NY TELLING US OUR GAME WILL BE 4PM ON SUNDAY THEN POSTING A ADDITIONAL GAME ON SAT 30 MINUTES PRIOR. WHEN I ADVISED

THEM WE COULD NOT MAE IT IN 30 MINUTES THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO FORFEIT AND BE DONE WITH TOURNEMENT AFTER ONLY 2 GAMES

THEY BREACHED THERE CONTRACT BY NOT ADVISING ME OF TEAM PULLING OUT AND FAILING TO GIVE TEAM PROPER NOTIFICATION OF

SCHEDULE CHANGE . THEY CONDUCTED THEMSELVES IN A FRAUDELENT WAY. WE WILL BE FORWARDING YOU ALL VOICE AND WEBSITE INFORMATION

SHOWING NO GAME WAS SCHEDULED AT ANY TIME ALL DAY UNTILL 25 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED START TIME. I HAVE A SWORN STATEMENT FROM
