Baseball Lifestyle 101

Its been two weeks since I ordered a Back Pack from Baseball Lifestyle 101, and I have not received any update on my order other than its being prepared. I have emailed numerous times with no significant response. I even got a survey of customer service / satisfaction, and have not heard back from that response either... Very Disappointing!
NO VOTE OF CONFIDENCE... Company number doesn't work!

I ordered clothing and paid the extra dollars for a 2 day delivery. I got an email saying it takes 5-7 days just to process before shipping. So they are guilty of false advertising and my grandson will not have his clothing on his birthday, I could have ordered from another company.

Also the phone number for this company shown on Google is 516.531.3491 and also 631.396.0400. Both numbers are bogus and don't exist.

This bodes very poorly for this company and I cannot believe it's a valid entity.

The slides were delivered 4 days after we received the complaint. We had back and forth communication with the customer as we were back ordered on the slides.The tracking number is as follows: Tracking number[redacted]Was delivered 2 weeks ago.
