Review: This business does not accept apparel returns, but does not clearly state this fact in the purchase process. I bought two pair of baseball pants for my son. They were too big. When I went to return them, they said they do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel, and that it is stated in their return policy under the customer service portion at the bottom of the website. I do a lot of internet shopping. To have a "no return" policy is fine. But given that this is not the standard, they should state that clearly in the buying process. You should not need to dig for it. I feel that they are not being on the "up-and-up". They should state this policy loud and clear so that people can then choose to buy or not.Desired Settlement: I would take a refund. But more importantly, I would like them to state the policy clearly as I am certain other people have found themselves unknowingly in the same predicament.

Review: I placed an order for an item on April *. I was charged for the item that day even though I found out the next day they don't have the item in stock. I was told by them I was issued a credit. As of today, I have still not received a credit on my card for the item. The card should have NEVER BEEN CHARGED in the first place if the item was out of stock. Also, it shouldn't be advertised on their website if they are not carrying itDesired Settlement: I need to buy this item somewhere else and needed it for this weekend, since I still don't have the credit, I can't purchase it for this weekend until the credit shows up. It is very bad business that they have charged my for an item they dont have in stock and have not given me a credit yet.
