The bat sent to Louisville Slugger was a 26oz, the bat returned to you was the one I purchased from you, which was a 27oz It also still has your sku sticker on it, so I have no idea why you think it is not yours

star since Stars isn't an optionWon't ship product, because in my opinion, they don't have itWon't return or answer days worth of phone calls, voice mails or emailsHolding me hostage with the purchaseI've tried to cancel per their website requirements, but can't cancel, as they won't answer the phone, as Phone is the only way you can cancelNever dealt with a company that is remotely this badNot communicating with your customer base is a very poor business practiceBaseball Bargains told me my item would ship either end of the week or on the next MondayI told them I had to have by the end of that next weekZero communicationNever againSad that a company who could have had a lot of my baseball organizations business, will now get none

The warranty claim #[redacted] you filed with Louisville Slugger used the receipt of the bat you purchased from us. So are you saying you defrauded Louisville Slugger? How many companies are you trying to rip off with this deal?  We acknowledged your purchase with us to Louisville Slugger when they called us, so they would honor you claim.  We will not be a party to your fraud, so if you do in fact admit to defrauding Louisville Slugger, we will be forced to inform their legal department.

I normally order online from [redacted] but found a cheaper price on a Rawlings Baseball net. I placed the original order on 6/**/16 and within 2 hours received email stating order had been cancelled. I thought maybe I left off some necessary information so I placed the order again. Within 2 hours I again received email stating the order had been cancelled. I became suspicious so I called their customer service number and was told I had 2 items ordered. The rep was helpful, cancelled one order and kept the other active. I waited 10 days and when it still was not delivered I phoned customer service again expecting better shipping since I was paying $18.95 in shipping costs. On June [redacted], 2016 I was told it would ship out tomorrow but I cancelled the order. I went to Academy and purchased one that day for a bit more but this company is ridiculous for service in 2016. Will stick with local purchasing or [redacted] in the future. I guess you get the service you pay for.

[redacted]
The USPS tracking number for the package being `returned to you is [redacted]. You should receive it by the end of the week.
If the bat you returned to Louisville Slugger was the bat that you purchased from us as you claimed in the your warranty replacement request application with the Louisville Slugger company, then the bat you returned to us could not possibly be the bat you purchased from us. If you attempt to pursue this matter any further, we will be forced to notify the legal department at Louisville Slugger with information regarding your actions to defraud both of our companies.

Review: On 4/**/14 I purchased a 27oz Louisville Triton from Baseball Bargains. On 5/**/14 the product was returned to them. Between that time I had returned a 26oz Louisville Triton to Louisville Slugger for a warranty replacement.Baseball Bargains is claiming that the bat I sent to them was not the bat I ordered from them so they would not honor the return. The have the bat and are refusing to return my money. I have pictures of their bat with their sku sticker on it going into the box at the post office and proof it was delivered back to them on 5/**/14.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the $299.99
