I am not sure I understand the response There must be misunderstanding in your understanding of last message We agreed to return / refund the Warranty company deductible paid by you as requested in both your requests This refund is paid directly to you We believe this addresses your request?

I do still want this to be noted with Revdex.comI do not want this to just be "pushed under the door"Its hot out here and people need to know that their AC will be getting fixedEspecially if they are paying to have it done correctlyMy AC is still working perfectly sense the other company fixed it I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

We first visited the property in question on June 30th.  [redacted] is the tenant of the property.  The owner of the property also used a Home Warranty Company (Fidelity National Home Warranty) to cover repairs.  Therefore, we are not authorized to perform work on the property...

without authorization from owner and/or work order from Home Warranty Company.  We received first work order and responded on June 1st.  At that time, a Capacitor was found in need of replacement.  Capacitor was replaced.  No additional issues were identified at that time.  When technician left, entire system was operating normally. On July 2nd, we received another notification from Home Warranty company of issues.  Technician went to site and documented performance of system.  Other than a dirty filter, the system checked out to be within normal operating limits at time of visit (see attached work order report with customer signature acknowledging findings). July 10th, we received call from Tenant.  At this time, our dispatcher notified tenant that we need request / authorization from either Home owner and/or Fidelity.  Mr. Stewart became angry with dispatcher.  However, we are bound by the terms with the owner and warranty company.  Once we received notification from owner / warranty company, we had someone on site same day.  At this time we did find the capacitor that was previously replaced failed (defective part).  We did replace at no cost / charge. July 15th - 7:30 AM.  Received call from Mr. Steward, tenant demanding we send someone out immediately to his property.  Once again we asked him if he had contacted owner and/or warranty company.  At that time, Mr. Steward began yelling / getting angry.  We explained that we are bound by those terms with his owner.  He did not like response and continued to argue and threaten to contact various people for response.  We again stated that he need to contact home owner / warranty company.  As he was not listening and continuing to push, we did eventually have to discontinue the phone call.  Later that day we did receive contact from both owner and warranty company.  Once received we again immediately sent technician to site.  At time technician was on site, the system was delivering a 19 degree temperature split (within normal conditions) and all systems were running.  The technician on site did tell inform and provide tenant with his personal cell phone information.  He another issue arises to call to capture what is going on.  We are still bound by the terms put on us by his landlord, the home owner, and the warranty company.  There were no charges to tenant and / or property owner for this visit.Ultimately, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and always strive to resolve any issue on the first visit.
