Hi. I am writing today because I am really dissatisfied with my results with baselang. I feel like I have been lied to be fluent with in this month of doing baselang. It says guaranteed will be fluent in a month and hold a 30 minute conversation. I will be wanting like 450 at least back for being false advertised. I do feel like it help me maybe with grammer but thats about it. I still struggle to hold a conversation. I still have to think alot in my native language. I feel like the company really took advantage of my situation and dont feel like it was worth 900 especially since it was a lie. I do feel like they should change their advertising to not mislead again. I would like half my money back since I am not happy. Please and thank you.

Refund Paid 450 or more for wasting my time and not give me the results I wanted or needed.
This case was settled via PayPal's dispute center. We (BaseLang) agreed to refund $100 as a gesture of goodwill, and this was deemed to be acceptable by the customer.
