Jeff had purchased a horn assembly for a Jeep Wrangler from us in early DecemberUnfortunately we had mislabeled his package and sent Jeff a seat belt assembly in errorWe have tried working with Jeff on several occasions to get this correctedWe have sent Jeff a USPS Shipping label to return
the seat belteBay had also sent him a label at no charge to him as wellWe are talking about a seat belt that was shipped in a standard flat rate boxAll Jeff has do is simply put the item back in the box that he received it inTape it shutInstall of the two labels that have been previously sent to him and set it for his mail pick upOnce we receive the seat belt assembly in the same condition that we had sent it to him We will gladly refund the money and adjust feed back accordinglyWe look forward to Jeff to accepting this resolution and correcting this right awayBest Regards, Tony

They need to remove all negative feedback that was falsely posted against me and my company and then they need to UPS or somebody to come box/assemble/get/ship their stuffAs I've told them in the past, I'm not his servant and I will not repackage, relabel and transport his package to a shipperYOUR HIRED HAND DELIVERED YOUR PKG HERE, YOUR HIRED HAND SHOULD REMOVE IT...I DON'T WORK IN SHIPPING OR PACKING AND I'M SURE NOT ON YOUR PAYROLL and I'm not happy after y'all posted negative comments online pretending to by a customer/consumer of my biz

Good Morning,
This is our response to the complaint filed by [redacted]. We had originally taken this car in on trade for another vehicle. When we received the title we noticed that the names for the lien holders did not match. I took the...

title to the local BMV and asked their opinion on the best way to proceed. They indicated that the sign offs should be okay due to the age of the vehicle and to go ahead and process the title as we normally would.
[redacted] had approached us about purchasing the vehicle. She indicated that she was in immediate need for a vehicle and had limited resources. The original price of the vehicle was listed at [redacted] The total price for the vehicle with taxes and our normal document fee would be [redacted] We reduced the price of the vehicle to total price of [redacted] to fit [redacted]'s budget.
The title was sent to [redacted] well within the timeline allowed by the State of Indiana. When she went to get her permanent plates the BMV decided at that time that there would need to be additional paperwork indicating the lien release, on the title, to the current bank. The BMV contacted us and explained their new position on this and what we needed to do appease their request.
We have countless hours in trying to link a paper trail from Citizen Bank and Union Acceptance Funding Corp. to the current asset holder which is Huntington State Bank. We were finally able to get all the documents required by the BMV on January 31st of this year. We contacted her immediately and were instructed to mail it to her. I have included copies of the title, Purchase agreement along with all the correspondence with Huntington Bank in trying to resolve this issue.
By law I am required to purchase the vehicle back from the consumer if I can not provide a deliverable title. I had offered for [redacted] to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was when we sold it to her and we would completely refund the purchase price of the vehicle. If you are still not satisfied. Please return the vehicle in the same condition as it was when it was sold to you along with the title and we will refund the initial [redacted] purchase price.

Wow!....when you tell one lie, you have to tell others to cover that first one up....when he said, "We were finally able to get all the documents required by the BMV on January 31st of this year. We contacted her immediately and were instructed to mail it to her.", that is NOT true....I have my phone call history on my phone and there are NO calls to me, EVER!...I can get documentation from Sprint too....I CALLED HIM on 2.7.17 after not hearing anything since the BMV gave him the title on 1.19.17...I also have the envelope that the title was mailed in and the postmark plainly says 2.7.17 PM in Fort Wayne IN....I was told that any judge would award me the [redacted] in small claims court but not a days pay for the day of work I would have to miss....I am not willing to use my vacation time or ruin my perfect attendance at work going to court over this, so I guess he gets off scott free....this guy is the epitome of your typical sleezy car salesman who will lie about anything!....he should not have put that car up for sale until he had a good clean title on it....shame on him!!...I can guarantee that word will get out about him and his business will suffer....I just hope that he thinks [redacted] was worth it....thank you so much for your time and help....

It is unfortunate that [redacted] feels this way. We have provided all of the documentation to the Revdex.com for review. I have made a very fair resolution to her complaint. Please return the vehicle as previously stated and we will gladly reimburse the full purchase price as stated.
It is unfortunate that [redacted] feels that she has been treated unfairly. We have done everything in our power to make this right.
