I am rejecting this response because:MrA*** was contracted to provide limo service to my sister and her husband as stated in my original correspondence. The contract is with *** ***. Attached is a copy of the email correspondence we sent to him originally as well as the text messages he sent the day of the event when he lied about his whereabouts. The text messages he sent state he was close to picking up the groom at 3:18pm and didn't arrive until after 5:30pm We also have voice mails from MrA*** showing he communicated with *** *** and I (*** ***) have voice mails he sent directly to me. We are willing to provide copies of this voice mail messages if it will aid in a quick resolution of this issue.It is truly disheartening that he would make the statements he provided to the Revdex.com instead of trying to resolve this issue. We are simply trying to get a partial or full refund for the ruining of a special day and prevent others from running into this issue
