my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

All my reservations were handled by [redacted]Etripinfo). I have not dealt with Skylink Travel. [redacted] reserved my original ticket which was paid using my credit card. As stated in the complaint, I learned about the ticket cancellation at the Airport on the day of travel. [redacted] assured me that they will refund all the charges for the replacement tickets when they made the arrangement. If they had told me that I need to get the refund from Skylink Travels, I would not have traveled. I have paid additional $9861.40 for the tickets for no fault of mine. I have sent them an email to Skylink Travel and I have attached a copy of it. It also includes my correspondence with [redacted] (aka Etripinfo)
if I get a response from Skylink Travel, I will forward to your office. I did try calling them, but could not reach anyone. The phone number given by [redacted] (Etripinfo) is a Fax number which could not be used.
