Our Basement Care warranty covers any old damages that we've fixed and any new damage that could ariseFoundation's can crack and when they do, as long as the customers under warranty, it will be fixed free of chargeWe strive to do everything in our power to prevent cracks.*** is on our schedule

Basement Care did make several visits to Mrs.***'s home to try and resolve the discharge issuesHer downspout was not functionary properlyShe was advised of nthis and the discharge was put into her yard.Downspout are not part of our contractshe was not happy with discharge going into
yard.Even was not part of our contract we did go back and put the the discharge into the sewerI believe she is happy now Sincerity Jim L***

Mr*** called us on 3/10/for us to come out there for a service call.On 3/11/we called Mr*** back and scheduled a service date 3/17/at 10:00am.We do plan on coming out on that date we have no problem taking care of him

they have not even called me once and I will get phone records to prove that and they have our home phone and our cell numbers and they have only been out once and was told they could not come in due to no previous call and I had doctors appointment if the problem persists and nothing is done on their part I will skip the niceness of this and get a lawyer and go for breach of contract

The work was completed for the homeowners on May 20th 2015. The job has been serviced every single time the homeowner called and complained of an issue. Unfortunately the job did not get fixed right the first time and this does happen on occasion. We are human and will make mistakes, this is why we offer a fully lifetime transferable warranty on the job. The last service date on the job was August 19th 2015, no services have been reported since. We have gone above and beyond for this homeowner and will continue to service them with the utmost respect.

I am rejecting this response because: I did talk to them  and dismissed my complaint.

Yes we had a issue with our service person and have replaced him and we will make this right it is our fault and we have apologized and rescheduled for a new date this not how we like to do business.
