Basement Finishing of Colorado Springs LLC

After entering into a contract in summer 2014, Basement Finishing of Colorado springs took a 60% down payment. They (specifically the one-man business) completed enough work to get the next payment (framed, dry-walled, electrical rough, plumbing rough). After this he stopped answering calls, texts, messages and e-mails.
Owner lies about schedule and does not pay sub-contractors. Had to contact subs individually after intent to lien was received.
Owner is a criminal and research discovered multiple customers in the same position as myself.
Never trust this business or any other business owned or associated with this person (whom I am restricted from naming individually).
