Review: The contract for three masonry projects, including (i) entryway repair, (ii) side entryway repair + new railing installation, and (iii) patio was signed end of July 2015, and the masonry projects were supposed to be completed by the end of August '15. The masonry work was finished in October '15. However, the railing for the side entrance is still missing as of Dec. 16, 2015. The side entrance is very high from the ground, so it is impossible to use it without the railing because of the safety concerns.

Bill M[redacted] never explained the reason for delay, and kept saying he would start "next week". End of November I lost my patience and started to e-mail and call him several times a week, so he said he was having trouble with railing manufacturers. I asked to install at least a temporary solution for the railing so we can use the side entrance. After that he disappeared and doesn't return calls / e-mails.Desired Settlement: Finish the job ASAP.
