[redacted] met with you last week to discuss this matter with you and he informed you that the proper way to handle this would be to have an electrical line professionally ran into the encapsulated area. On your original contract it does show an image of the door that we install and this is the type of door that should be used in this type of application. If you use any other type of door or panel that allows a gap, you run the risk of bugs, insects, and rodents to enter that space since it is then not completely sealed off. I informed [redacted] and [redacted] of this complaint and [redacted] will be calling you tomorrow to schedule a time to come out and try to come up with another sort of resolution.
