Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards,
The plastic pipes were brittle and broke and caused water to leak but was stopped immecliately. The water dripped into a seam, when the dry wall was dry, I opened up the area, re-tapped it, spackled it with three coats of spackle and sanded it. Mr. [redacted] and I both stood on a chair to feel the... ceiling to see if the repair was satisfactory -when asked, he replied -"Yes".When I called on July 23 to make arrangements to pick up a check, that was the first we heard of a problem on the repair of the drywall ceiling. They were traveling in their car going on vacation, so this problem could not be corrected until they came back. While in the car, Mrs. [redacted] said she loved the bathroom , but wanted the ceiling addressed again. He wanted another seam opened up that I informed him that did not need it. However, I made the repair on the other seam. The tape was not loose at all, Mr. [redacted] watched me open the seam. The spackle had to be chipped out. At no time did the tape ju st pull off. Mr. [redacted] commented that when he went onto the internet and watched a video on how to repair a damaged seam that it did not look like what he saw on the internet. The tape was removed , the area was spackled with three coats of spackle, and sanded. Again Mr. [redacted] was asked about the repair and said it was alright. He further commented that his wife had the check book, and it was her opinion that counted. When I echoed those words back to him, it that might have hurt his feelings, but that is what he said. Since those were his words, I don't view that as an insult.Yours truly,
