Basenjis of MS

1) I sent copies of bill of sale to [redacted] stating to sign and send copy back to me.This was done several months agoI'm still waitingMy copy would aid me in conducting further business with her.2) The parents are registered not the pup, that is to be done in due course.3) She has called me a *** and an *** to mame a few! I'm slow to do business with people who use inappropriate language.4) In an attempt to explain issues with her, she has hung up on no [redacted] and she has hung up on me.5) The original owner of the *** refuses to sign the litter papers for what ever reason.6) The lady at AKC who was handling this case no longer works in that department ( lost momentum).7)She used the term "family of Basenjis" in her correspondence which led me to believe she planed to use my pup as a breed dog!8) She has threatened to sue me and also threatened to send her husband down to see me.9) if she wants to send the pup back she should follow the AKC guide lines and have her checked by qualified veterinarians and we will more than be happy to refund her dollarsAgain I remind her that a breed dog sells for to dollars

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] has lied throughout his response and I have the documentation to show.  I called the AKC after reading Mr. [redacted]'s response and the lady handling our case, [redacted], is still employed and is still working on this file.  Case #[redacted]  Mr. [redacted] supplied me with false paperwork.  The AKC reviewed this paperwork and stated that the information was not correct.  They have reached out to Mr. [redacted] with no avail.  As to the comment of "hanging the phone up on Mr. & Mrs. [redacted], is completely false.  How can we hang up on these people who refuse to answer the phone.  Mr. [redacted] is standing by his comment of my husband and I being "breeders".  I cannot express enough to anyone, especially Mr. [redacted], that we are not breeders, have never been breeders and will never be breeders.  I have reached out to Mr. [redacted] to advise the papers he sent me ARE NOT CORRECT.  There is nothing for Mr. [redacted] to be waiting on from me or my husband.  The papers were not correct.  We are not breeders.  This has been communicated to him over and over and over.  We were led to MS on the hopes that we would be purchasing a pup WITH REGISTRATION PAPERS.  We communicated with Mr. [redacted] and his wife, on several occasions preparing for this trip.  Only when we arrived, were we told that they didn't have papers but would be "no trouble" getting this straightened out.  Yes, I have advised I would seek counsel.  Yes, I have probably perhaps called Mr. [redacted] a [redacted].  I am angry and frustrated that it has been many years now and we can't get this resolved.  All we want is registration papers for our pup.  In the beginning, the phone calls I was making to Mr. [redacted] to find out status, there was always an issue.  Either he didn't feel good, his wife didn't feel good, the puppies messed on the paperwork, they had to order paperwork.  It goes on and on and to be honest, I am fed up with dealing with these people.  We want the registration for our pup and would have liked to have had it 3 years ago.   I have attached the paperwork in which the AKC states is incorrect.  If you look at the paperwork, you will see Mr. [redacted] has no clue what is going on or how to do business.

Again I remind her that a breed dog sells for 1200 to 1500 dollars.
