Although my credit card was charged I never received the item I ordered. I've received no reply to 4 emails requesting my item be shipped.I placed an order for an Impactband with Baseonelabs. the iPhone 5s case I ordered for on the 11/30/2013 is yet to be delivered to me till date.I ordered an iPhone 5s case from BaseOneLabs on 11/30/2013, to this date I have not received the product, and my credit card was charged and the product has not arrived after 33 days of purchase and the shipping address is domestic. I e-mailed the company severally to no response.I even e-mailed the founder and yet he didn't respond to my e-mail meaning he is not serious about the business and if he is not, then the business should be close down instead of extorting money from innocent citizens.This is so unacceptable and I guess Revdex.com would deal with the company appropriatelyDesired Settlementthe company should refund my money immediately as they are not worth doing business with.

My girlfriend purchased a product from their web site for me for Christmas and we never received the product.On December 11th 2013 my girlfriend ordered me a "GunnerCase" iPhone 4S case from the BaseOneLabs web site. As of today, 1/14/14, we have not received the product and our emails to the company have gone unanswered. When we check her account on their web site the status shows "unfulfilled". I also tried posting on their Facebook page in an attempt to get a response. They had time to remove my posts from their Facebook page but no time to answer our emails. Our order number for the GunnerCase was [redacted].I have ordered from this company before and I was quite happy with the products, so I don't understand how or why they would blatantly disregard their customers inquiries and orders.
